IPHI is Hiring a Program Manager, a Policy Program Manager, and a Communication Associate for DASH

IPHI is dedicated to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion as key to reaching our vision and goals.  Please help us find good candidates by sharing the attached three positions with your networks and individuals to increase the diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin and all the other characteristics that make us unique, in our candidate pool and organization. These positions are available for February, are full time and located at IPHI’s West Loop office.  All applicants are welcome.

IPHI leads Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH), a national program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to support community collaborations working to share and use data from different sectors to address the social determinants of health. In its sixth year, DASH will continue grantmaking, peer cohort building, and national network-building activities that advance policy and systems change at the state and local levels. DASH is a co-founder of All In: Data for Community Health, a growing national peer learning collaborative for communities testing new ways to improve community health outcomes.

DASH is seeking candidates for three positions: two Program Managers, one with a focus on policy, and a Communications Associate. The Program Manager positions require a Masters and at least three years’ experience and the Communications Associate is entry-level (Masters or Bachelors with experience).  Full details, including salary ranges and application instructions, are provided in the attached job descriptions.

The Program Manager will develop and implement program strategies, direct program operations, and design and coordinate partner activities and events for DASH. This position will be involved in all aspects of DASH’s efforts to identify, select, support, document and evaluate community-based data-sharing initiatives.  The Policy Program Manager will implement policy and systems change focused strategies, direct program operations, and design and coordinate partner activities and events for Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH), and contribute to the broader management of community-based data-sharing initiatives. The Communications Associate will implement communications strategies and support messaging, branding, marketing, promotion, and media efforts. The Associate will support multiple IPHI initiatives, with a focus on DASH.

IPHI seeks candidates that are driven to reduce health inequities, have strong writing and communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to learn on the job and contribute to a team-oriented culture. IPHI offers a supportive and flexible work environment and comprehensive and competitive benefits.
