Asset-Based Community Development Webinar – Part 2 

The first webinar of DASH’s four-part series on Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) offered an overview of the principles and tools used in the ABCD model. Registration is available for the remainder of the series. Save your spots now!  

If you missed the first of the ABCD series led by faculty at DePaul University’s ABCD Institute, you can view a recording here. The next webinar will take place Tuesday, June 4, from 2:30–4pm ET, when we will dive into the details of meaningful community engagement with guests from the Chicago Gun Violence Research Collaborative.

This webinar series offers registrants the unique opportunity to sign up for “office hours.” These are specialone-hour small-group meetings with ABCD Institute faculty where you can discuss your specific community context and goals with peers.

Office hours for June will be held the weeks of June 10 and June 24, with exact times and registration links to be announced in the June webinar.

ABCD webinars 3 and 4 are set, as well, and registration is open. Webinar 3, on asset mapping and other systems approaches to data, is scheduled for Tuesday, July 2, with office hours planned for the weeks of July 8 and 22. And Webinar 4, about telling your community’s data story, will take place Tuesday, August 6, with office hours planned for August 12 and 26.
